I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. While the surrounding nature and the nearby ski slopes are beautiful, the room quality and dining options left much to be desired. The facilities, including the sauna and steam room, didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel, and the overall ambiance felt quite outdated. It's unfortunate because this place has so much potential, but it really needs a significant overhaul.
